Sound and Reiki sessions
One-to-one Himalayan singing bowl sessions, with gentle Reiki energy work to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.
The session
A one-to-one session using Himalayan singing bowls, with Reiki offered gently alongside.
You remain fully clothed with covers and an eye pillow for comfort.
Himalayan bowls
Traditional Himalayan bowls are known for their deep, layered tones.
Their sound feels soft and contained, which allows them to be played gently and close to the body in a one-to-one setting.
Partnerships
Each paid session helps support sessions offered through local partnerships, for women who may not otherwise have access.
It’s women supporting women, in a quiet and practical way.
How the session unfolds
You arrive
You are welcomed into a quiet, private space, where the pace naturally begins to ease.
We take a moment to check in
If it’s your first session, there’s a short intake form to complete. We’ll also have a chat, just to understand anything you’d like me to be aware of. There’s no need to share more than you feel comfortable with.
You settle in
You’re invited to lie down on the table, fully clothed, with an optional cover and eye pillow, so the body can feel warm, supported and at ease.
The session begins
The bowls are played gently around the body, creating soft, layered tones. These vibrations can often be felt as gentle waves, as well as heard, helping the body shift out of its usual pace and into a more settled, restful state.
Reiki is gently integrated
Reiki energy work is gently integrated, using light touch or with hands held just above the body. This may support the body in softening, unwinding, and returning to a quieter baseline.
Nothing is required of you
There is nothing you need to do. Just rest.
